Our Story
AIMPACT was founded in Hong Kong by a team of seasoned finance practitioners and technologists who saw a fundamental gap in professional equity research. Despite the depth of public-market data available, most analysts, advisors, and deal teams still produce valuations, financial models, and due-diligence findings the slow way — stitching together fragmented sources, spreadsheets, and manual reconciliation.
With over two decades of hands-on experience in business valuation, M&A, IPO advisory, and due diligence, our founding team has worked across the buy side, sell side, and corporate finance. We knew which analytical frameworks held up under scrutiny. The question was: how do you compress hours of sourced, defensible analysis into minutes, without sacrificing rigor or auditability?

Kelvin Chan, CFA, FCCA
Chairman & Co-founder
Kelvin brings nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the financial industry, specializing in corporate banking, equity research, and asset valuation. As the founder of his own consulting and valuation firm, he proudly serves hundreds of publicly listed companies and records profit for nine years in a row. In addition to his consulting work, Kelvin has served as Independent Non-Executive Director for various listed companies. He is also passionate about bridging finance and technology, and serves as a mentor at HK Cyberport, advising on valuation, capital markets, and corporate finance.
Chris Fung
CEO & Co-founder
Chris brings extensive experience across the financial industry, with a solid track record in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and initial public offerings (IPOs) from his time as a financial advisor in executive roles at securities firms including Glory Sun Financial Group Limited and Pingan Securities Co., Ltd. He has since led ventures driving digital transformation across the gaming and healthcare sectors, pairing capital-markets discipline with hands-on technology execution.

Emil is a FinTech expert with over 30 years of experience in IT and business transformation at major banks like Credit Suisse. He advises local universities and chairs various technology associations in Hong Kong. Active in community service, he promotes technology adoption and STEM education. Emil also hosts seminars and publishes articles to enhance Hong Kong's role in the Greater Bay Area.

Marketing Director
Managed a portfolio of 200+ high-net-worth and institutional clients, with a focus on onboarding OTC and payment institution accounts. Built strategic partnerships with Cyberport and HKSTP, led joint incubation initiatives, and expanded outreach to 250+ global prospects. Also contributed to deal sourcing, LP relationship development, and cross-border VC and KOL network growth.

Chief Tech Advisor
Senior full-stack engineer with 10+ years across mobile, web, backend, IoT, and AI-enabled systems. Former core developer at HKSTP and Cherrypicks, experienced in large-scale refactoring and end-to-end delivery for smart mobility and enterprise platforms. Also an indie game developer with strong hands-on execution, architecture judgment, and practical engineering governance across cross-functional teams.
